The History of SFG Clan
The Special Forces Group (SFG) clan was created in late 2003 by General Matrix (retired). SFG was formed on Medal Of Honor: Rising Sun (EA Games) online first-person shooter on the PS2 console. At that time the clan consisted of a dozen or so members throughout the US and Canada. Several notable founding members include Deadeye, Bullseye, Steeb, Fish, MaxPayne, Eckert and many others.

In mid-late 2004 SFG Clan moved from Medal Of Honor to SOCOM II: US Navy Seals on the PS2. General Matrix retired and General Deadeye and General Fish became co-leaders of SFG.

SFG continued playing the SOCOM series when SOCOM 3 was released in late 2005 and later SOCOM: Combined Assault in late 2006. During that time clan membership continued to grow and we added several notable new members including Joey T and others.

After the release of the PS3, SFG clan transitioned away from the SOCOM series and the PS2. Briefly playing Resistance: Fall of Man and Rainbow 6 Vegas on the PS3.

In late 2007, SFG began playing COD 4: Modern Warfare. The SFG roster exploded with several new and active members located throughout the world such as DFOLK, T-Smack, DaNilla G, Wescyde, TonyTuch, and many more. Several of the original founding members including Deadeye, Fish, Steeb, Chunk (formerly MaxPayne), Bullseye and Eckert from Medal Of Honor over 4 years ago continued to be loyal SFG clan members.

In mid October of 2008, SFG has got a bit closer to their roots and began actively playing SOCOM: Confrontation. In December of 2008, SFG continued its expansion by beginning to play Call of Duty: World at War.

SFG is currently looking for new members to help grow their talented Call of Duty: World at War roster!
