SFG RANKS/

ENLISTED RANKS

No Insignia	E-1 (Private) PVT - Lowest rank available in SFG, given to new members upon joining.
	E-2 (Private) PV2 - These members are still new to SFG but have proven themselves as a valued member.
	E-3 (Private First Class) PFC - Still rather new, these members have put time and effort into becoming a good soldier.
	E-4 (Specialist) SPC - An up and coming member within the RANKS/ of SFG this soldier will need to aquire good leadership skills before progressing any further.
	E-5 (Sergeant) SGT - The backbone of every fighting force the Sergeant has good leadership skills and is quick on their toes.
	E-6 (Staff Sergeant) SSG - This soldier has the same skills of a SGT but is the leader of a squad that ranges from 4-6 people. Time and leadership determines who goes from SGT to SSG.
	E-7 (Sergeant First Class) SFC - The highest enlisted rank available in the enlisted structure. A soldier must go above and beyond to earn this rank and is seen as a very important member of SFG.

OFFICER RANKS

	O-1 (Lieutenant) Lt - The lowest officer rank available in SFG this is a stepping stone for members that stand out and wish to take on officer responsibilities.
	O-2 (Captain) Cpt - This rank is given to Lieutenants who made the cut and have shown that they can handle the responsibilities of a successful officer.
	O-3 (Major) Maj - A Major is a member who has served their time and stood out well amongst other officers. Anyone who gets to this point has had a great affect on SFG and will continue to inspire new members.
	O-4 (Colonel) Col - This rank is given to the founders of SFG they play a key roll in major decisions made. They are the Commanders of each unit and the Generals right hand man, any issues can be addressed to a Colonel.
	O-5 (General) Gen - The highest rank in SFG, these members are the founders of SFG and have the final say in all major decisions made. Swapping to new games, giving out awards, and web design fall into thier hands.
